Austin and the towns around it
We work across Travis, Williamson and Hays counties. Your city decides your electric utility, and your utility decides which rebates you can get.
Every city, its utility, its page
A 1920s bungalow and a Mueller build need different things
Hyde Park
Queen Anne homes from the late 1800s through 1920s-30s bungalows. Many have no attic room for ducts, which makes ductless mini-splits a common fit.
Travis Heights
1920s craftsman houses on hilly lots. Older ductwork and small closets make careful sizing and duct sealing the difference between comfortable and clammy.
Mueller
Every home was built to at least a 3-star Austin Energy Green Building rating, so systems tend to be efficient and well-sized. Keep them that way with regular maintenance.
Circle C
Over 5,600 homes built roughly 1986 to 2008. A lot of original or second systems here are due for replacement, and the area is Austin Energy, so rebates may apply.
