Emergency AC repair in Austin
When the house is heading past 85° and there's a baby, an elderly parent or a pet at home, it can't wait until Monday. Call and we'll get you on the schedule as fast as we can.
Keep cool while we're on the way
Close the blinds
Shut blinds and curtains on sun-facing windows. Austin afternoon sun through glass heats a room fast.
Use fans smartly
Ceiling fans counterclockwise, and run a box fan blowing out of a window at night to pull cooler air in.
Hydrate and check in
Keep water close and check on older neighbors and pets. Heat illness can set in indoors.

When it really is an emergency
Call right away if
Some situations can't wait for a regular appointment.
- Indoor temperature is above 85° and climbing
- Someone in the home is elderly, an infant, pregnant or has a medical condition
- You smell burning or see smoke from the unit or vents
- Water is actively leaking through a ceiling
Safe to wait for a normal appointment
Weak cooling that still holds the house under 80°, a noisy outdoor unit that's still running, or a thermostat that's acting up but working can usually wait for the next available slot.
Do you offer 24-hour AC repair?
We answer emergency calls in the evenings and on weekends and prioritize homes with no cooling. Call us and we'll tell you honestly how fast we can get there.
Does emergency service cost more?
After-hours visits carry a higher diagnostic fee, and we tell you exactly what it is on the phone before we come out. The repair price is still quoted up front.
What should I do if water is leaking from my AC?
Turn the system off at the thermostat, put a bucket or towels under the leak, and call. It's usually a clogged condensate drain, which we can clear quickly.
